Will.I.Am Headlined Exclusive Memorial Day Weekend Event At Fairmont El San Juan Hotel
Long the entertainment hub of Puerto Rico, the iconic Fairmont El San Juan Hotel was thrilled to kick off a new series of exclusive events with will.i.am, renowned rapper, songwriter, producer, and member of the musical group Black Eyed Peas. The artist has been at the forefront of the contemporary American hip-hop movement for more than 20 years. Locals and travelers were able to enjoy a once-in-a-lifetime DJ performance!
Will.i.am presented a DJ set on Friday, May 27, 2022 in celebration of Memorial Day Weekend at The Lobby for live music and celebrity performances. The event featured a glamorous red carpet, 360 photo booth, and bottle service of Veuve Clicquot and Dom Pérignon. Ticket-holders were invited to fill The Lobby under the one-of-a-kind crystal chandelier to experience the beloved nightlife scene of San Juan through the luxurious lens of Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. While dancing to the sounds of unique DJs, guests were able to wear their favorite outfits and walked excited around the red carpet! will.i.am was not left out, and after the performance he visited the majestic carpet along with the fans.
As part of its entertainment initiatives, Fairmont El San Juan Hotel has partnered with PRS Fest (Puerto Rock Steady Music Festival) as the official hotel of the festival. Known as “a party with a purpose,” the festival actively supports the Boys & Girls Club of Puerto Rico through specially designed educational programs that empower children. This year, the organization is including initiatives in Loiza, Puerto Rico as part of the expansion of its support to local communities.
