Cristina Muñoz Laboy, Painter, Muralist, San Lorenzo P.R.
Puerto Rican artist, best known for “Flora pa’l corazón”, her creative project since 2017 inspired by endangered flora. Her flowers of vibrant colors and thick lines have produced collaborations with brands such as Valija, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream & Discover Puerto Rico, Ford, Absolut Vodka, TEDx, Levy’s and Walmart. Her work stands out in painting, murals, cardboard, digital, and mixed media. She is the co-owner of Tropi Shack in Guayama, where she also founded “JARDÍN”, a creative reuse workshop for adults. Cristina invites us with her art to reduce and reuse as much as possible, and she reminds us that there are always colors and flowers on the way.
