- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Late check-out or early check-in may be available for an additional fee if your room is available. Please review the rates below.
- Early Check-In Fee (11:00 a.m. onwards): From $200.00 + Taxes
- For Check-In before 11:00 a.m., the room must be booked from the night prior at the Best Available rate to block the room.
- Late Check-Out Fee (until 3:00 p.m.): From $200.00 + Taxes
- Late Check-Out Fee (3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.): $350.00 + Taxes
- For Check-Outs after 6:00 p.m., the room must be booked for an additional night at the Best Available Rate.
The cancellation policy may vary depending on the rate or dates of your reservation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation to verify your cancellation policy. If you need further assistance, please call the hotel directly or contact customer service. Alternatively, you can cancel your reservation online.
To guarantee an adjoining room, a fee of $50.00 plus taxes per day will be charged. Adjoining room requests are dependent on availability.
Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. A one-time fee of $150 will be charged per room, per stay. For the purpose of this policy, “pet” refers to a dog that is accustomed to being indoors and is house-trained. Pets are restricted from public areas of the hotel as described by local law. For guests traveling with a pet, Fairmont El San Juan will provide a welcome package that includes: information and a waiver explaining that pets should not be left alone in guest rooms information about procedures (for example: pets are to be leashed in public areas; areas to walk pets; areas pets are not permitted; requirements to clean up after pets) Service animals are always welcome and are exempt from this policy. Service animals are accepted in all hotels (refer to local/government laws for specific direction). Note: designated allergy-free and pet-free floors will not accommodate pets or service animals.

Smoking is not permitted at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel. We are proud to offer a 100 percent non-smoking environment.
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel has clear limitations on what types of outside food/beverage items are permitted to be brought into the hotel. No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted for consumption in hotel public areas. Coolers are not permitted under any circumstances.

Daytime Dress Code: We encourage casual, comfortable and appropriate attire. In The Lobby and restaurants, shirts or a cover-up are required and bare feet are not permitted.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest who does not adhere to our dress code.
